Gnome King Kyrie is a folk tale from Hoogeloon in North Brabant. According to the stories, Gnome Kyrie was the leader of the gnomes who lived in de Kempen . The gnomes would set out at night to help the farmers and people in the area. Along the walking route, you’ll come across adventure spots where children can take part in games and activities centred around Kabouter Kyrië and nature. Fun for the whole family! Have you always wanted to stroke an alpaca?
In the animal enclosure at De Achterste Hoef
Leisure Park, there are two beautiful white alpacas. These alpacas are fed every morning, but they love to snack throughout the day. You can therefore feed the alpacas with special grass pellets, which you can collect from the feeding machine. They’re allowed to eat as many of these pellets as they like. Why not come and feed the alpacas?
