Reusel MTB route

The route is 15.7 kilometres long. The direction of travel is clockwise (CW). The route is marked with posts bearing the international MTB symbol in black (a triangle with two circles underneath). The difficulty level of this route is blue (moderate).

The 15-kilometre-long Circular Route lies south of Reusel and runs through the Peelsche Heide woodland. This woodland is characterised by its young trees. The circular forest paths are a distinctive feature. The ground vegetation consists mainly of various species of mosses and herbs. Around 50 species of birds breed in the area, including rare birds such as goshawks, buzzards, hobby falcons and owls. Amphibians and reptiles live mainly on the heathland. In addition, a range of mammals have their permanent home here.
The Cirkelroute is 15 kilometres long and consists mainly of single tracks. The first section features a few short climbs; otherwise, the route is predominantly flat. A fast course offering a good balance between technical and fast sections. Four permanent mountain bike routes have been marked out in the Kempen forests. These routes can be linked together, creating a network of over 120 km. The other routes are those in Bladel, Eersel and Luyksgestel. If any route signs are missing or there are issues with the tracks, you can report this to ‘Meldpunt Visit Brabant’.
