This bridle path takes you through the Kroonvensche Heide, situated south of Bladel. The area is home to a number of ponds: the Kroonven, the Oude Kroonven and the Neerven. The ponds are beautifully covered with water lilies.

Het Neerven is the largest fen. The Kroonven is interesting because it actually consists of a series of three interconnected fens: Kroonven, Klein Kroonven and Tjop Venneke. You’ll find sundew on the banks. The River Aa, also known as the Goorloop, flows through the easternmost part of this area.

You can park and start your visit at the car park on Bredasebaan and at De Achterste Hoef Leisure Park, where you can enjoy food and drink.
