Anyone interested in the history of Hapert and ‘The Rich Roman Catholic Life’ is warmly welcome to attend the talk, which will be given by the gifted storyteller Toon Schellens. He will share everything he knows with the audience in the Church Hall at Hart van Hapert.

Historical walk. As part of the Hapert Eifel Project, a historical walk has been created, and the walk will be officially launched on 8 November.
Led by guide Cees Bles from Pladella Villa, you can join the walk – just under four kilometres long – past Hapert’s monuments and places of interest, with a focus also on buildings that are no longer standing.
On Sunday, Cees will be sharing the stories at 11.00 and 14.00, but if you’d like to do the walk at another time, you can read the signs placed along the route and find out more about each location via the QR codes on the signs. These signs are permanent and ensure that Hapert ’s stories remain alive.
Registration is compulsory for the guided walk. You can register by emailing secretaris@deouwepastoriehapert.nl.
Please note that the 11.00 walk is already fully booked.
